Neal England

Neal England is a Managing Director with Founders Advisors with a focus in Business Services. Neal has over 25 years of experience working with owners and operators in the human capital management (HCM) and professional services space. Neal also led a national staffing rollup scaling from $17M to $500M revenues and $29M EBITDA by targeting and acquiring 26 acquisitions over 36 months. Afterwards, Neal scaled a local $12M PE-owned HR outsourcing company to national $450M enterprise over 48 months, ultimately becoming its President.

On a Saturday, you can find Neal… riding his mountain bike around White Rock Lake in Dallas or supporting his daughters at their gymnastics and ballet events.

Unknown to most… Neal and his family have driven to all 48 contiguous states and flew to Alaska and Hawaii to close out all 50 states.
