Billy Pritchard

Billy Pritchard is a Director with Founders Advisors’ Technology Practice.  Billy has spent over a decade in the M&A space, working on executing transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side.

A native of Birmingham, Billy holds three degrees from the University of Alabama:  B.S in Finance, M.B.A, and J.D. His securities credentials include Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.

What does he love most about his role?  Building relationships with incredibly talented founders & operators.
