Rachael Jenkins

Rachael Jenkins is Practice Group Manager of the Founders Advisors’ Technology Practice. She is focused on the overall health of the team and client relationships and manages business development initiatives and every aspect of Silicon Y’all and other practice events. Prior to joining Founders, Rachael recruited for the University of Alabama at Birmingham and managed their highly competitive early acceptance programs for the UAB School of Medicine, Dentistry, and Optometry.

Rachael graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Communication from Auburn University in Montgomery and received graduate certificates in Non-Profit Management and Higher Education Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Outside of the office… Rachael enjoys baking, hiking with her husband, Tyler and husky, Nova, and hosting dinner parties for friends.

What does she like most about her role? Getting to build relationships with incredible entrepreneurs and hear their stories, and support and build the SY community.
