Brad Johnson

Brad Johnson is a Managing Director with Founders Advisors’ Technology Practice. Brad has successfully risen to the Director role since joining Founders as an intern in 2008 and worked on over 75 transactions in the technology space. Brad covers the MarTech sector by connecting with active buyers/investors in the space, tracking trends, and producing newsletters and other relevant content.

A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Brad graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the Brock School of Business at Samford University. His securities credentials include Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.

What does he love most about his role? Meeting entrepreneurs, hearing their stories, and finding ways to solve problems.  I love that these transaction processes give us a unique opportunity to build deep relationships with folks who have taken meaningful risk to achieve something great.

Brad’s bucket list trip is a wine tour of Italy and France with his wife, Kristen.

Outside of the office, you can find Brad spending time with his four kids, enjoying a round of golf (when possible), and exploring the outdoors with the family.
